People First is the state’s self-service, online, human
resource application. The system streamlines and automates the
state’s human resource functions, such as payroll, benefits,
hiring and personnel management. Employees, job applicants,
retirees, and benefits participants now have instant access to
personnel information day or night. The People First Service Center may be reached
