CCA Treated Wood and Other Technical Changes to Chapter 62-701, F.A.C.

The Department has held one rule workshop on July 29, 2003 to address management of chromated copper arsenate (CCA) wood wastes in Florida and to make other technical changes to the rule. Industrial Waste Disposal and Reuse Rulemaking Plans

The Department has held one rule workshop on July 30, 2003 to advise interested parties about the Department's plans to develop the industrial waste disposal and reuse (IWDR) rule and to seek their input on the scope and general structure of the rule.
