In 1984 the Florida Department of
Environmental Protection (DEP) implemented a used oil management program under Sections
403.75 through 403.769, Florida Statutes. Floridas Used Oil Recycling Program has
grown to become one of the most successful in the United States and has received national
recognition.

This list provides general information on Used Oil Handlers Registered through June 30th of each year with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
